Michael D. Fishbein, is a Philadelphia native who focuses his practice in the areas of Admiralty Law, Antitrust, Business Law, Class Actions, Environmental Liability, Medical Malpractice and Products Liability.
He was admitted to the bar in 1977 and is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania; the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third and Seventh Circuits; the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.
He is a graduated of Brown University and received his J.D. from Villanova University in 1977, where he graduated cum laude and was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Villanova Law Review, 1976-1977.
Mr. Fishbein is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America; the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
