Biography:

Daniel C. Levin is a Philadelphia native who practices in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Class Actions, Products Liability, Environmental Liability and Mass Torts.

Mr. Levin was admitted to the bar in 1997 and is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, he received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University in 1997 where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi. He is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and a member and board of director for the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
