Biography:

Charles E. Schaffer is a Philadelphia native who practices in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Environmental Liability, Personal Injury and Admiralty Law.

Mr. Schaffer was admitted to the bar in 1995 and is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

A graduate of Villanova University, he received his J.D. from Widener University in 1995 and a LL.M. in Trial Advocacy in 1998 from Temple University, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and Phi Alpha Delta and received the Amjur Award in Business Organizations, Certificates of Achievement in Antitrust and Partnership Taxation.

He is a member of the Harrington Inn of Court (Honor Chapter), the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. [ Corp. USMC, 1984-1990].
