Austin B. Cohen practices in the areas of Class Actions, Antitrust, Products Liability, Business Law, and Torts. A native of Southampton, New York, he was admitted to the bar in 1996 and is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Cohen received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1996 where he graduated cum laude, finalist in the Appellate Moot Court Competition in 1996. Mr. Cohen served as Editor in 1995 and Executive Editor in 1996 of the Journal of Law and Commerce. He is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
